Heidi is a digital government and financial services specialist.

She provides practitioner-based expertise in strategic design, organisational design, and human centred design. Heidi has worked with global governments, cities, financial services, and multilaterals, with particular expertise in assisting low and middle income countries. She has supported clients with a focus on global issues, including the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the World Food Programme, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and Bloomberg Philanthropies.

Heidi was part of the team providing guidance and technical expertise to the Chief Data Office at UNDP for the creation of their digital service standards for use by both regional and country offices. She was also the Data as a Service Track leader for the city of Guadalajara as part of the Bloomberg Philanthropies City Data Alliance. 

Prior to joining Public Digital, Heidi worked as a civil servant for the Peruvian Government’s Innovation Lab where she was part of the gob.pe platform founding team.

Heidi is a consultant for top financial and telecommunication institutions in South America, and a teacher of user experience and service design courses for post-graduate students.
