At PD, our consultants do the best work of their lives.

They help clients navigate complex change in challenging environments, contributing to work that is rewarding, impact-driven, and shaped by our values.

They are empowered by our supportive, high-trust culture.

We treat wellbeing and personal development as core priorities, and we offer our people the flexibility to balance client work around their own schedules.

Our ten positions guide PD’s approach to its clients. They also shape our culture:

  1. 1

We care about doing work that matters, on a scale that has impact

  2. 2

We’re committed to creating a more inclusive and diverse environment, and we’re continuously learning and improving as we go

  3. 3

We work in the open, sharing work with colleagues and talking candidly about mistakes and learnings

Our benefits

  • Health and wellbeing

We offer private medical insurance through BUPA, and the opportunity to extend this to your family members and dependents, as well as 24/7 counselling and wellbeing support through Health Assured.

  • Finances

We contribute 5% of your salary into our pension scheme, provided through climate-friendly provider, NatWest Cushon. You also have the flexibility to increase your own contributions via salary sacrifice.

  • Time off and rest

For UK-based colleagues, we offer 30 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays, as well as an extended Christmas break of five paid days.

  • Maternity and paternity leave

We offer up to 52 weeks of maternity leave, with enhanced pay of 100% of basic salary for the first 16 weeks, and 6 weeks of paternity leave at 100% of basic salary.

  • Growth and development

We provide a generous allowance for flexible learning and development to support your growth.

We believe in funding teams, not projects - on and off the pitch.

Sport is one of the most powerful ways to bring people together, building confidence, supporting mental health and strengthening community ties. That’s why, as PD Director Angie Kenny explains here, we’re proud to sponsor grassroots, community teams whose work goes far beyond sport.
