Inga a digital transformation expert, supporting teams to develop effective strategies and create the right conditions for successful change at scale.

She brings extensive experience from the public sector where she has spearheaded critical initiatives to modernise digital delivery across UK government departments, agencies and local authorities. At the Government Digital Service (GDS), Inga worked on foundational areas of the UK’s digital transformation, including Government-as-a-Platform shared services, international outreach and digital identity.

She has advised major public sector organisations on leveraging digital products and best practices, leading cross-departmental collaboration on data, fraud and business readiness for GOV.UK One Login. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Inga led efforts to enhance the Get Help with Technology service on GOV.UK, which provided internet access and devices to disadvantaged schoolchildren in England.

Inga has also contributed to global outreach through her work at FMA, a consultancy founded by Francis Maude. There, she led a digital team, developing strategies to diversify business development and build in-house digital capabilities to support governments worldwide.

Outside her professional work, Inga volunteers with Childline, offering support to young people through phone and online platforms.
