Gurpreet is a Senior Director within the CentralGov+ team at Public Digital, where she leads engagements with government clients and drives growth for the company.

She specialises in coaching and advising teams and leaders, helping them develop strategies rooted in user-centred processes. Gurpreet is passionate about building organisational capabilities, empowering teams to solve problems creatively, and fostering expertise in user-centred design, delivery and strategy.

At Public Digital, Gurpreet has worked with teams in the Central Digital and Data Office (CDDO) and the Local Government Association (LGA) to design digital centres and develop capabilities within teams.

Before joining Public Digital, Gurpreet held a senior leadership role at a consultancy, where she drove growth and strategic direction for the business. She led multi-million-pound engagements across UK defence, UK Special Forces and security teams, implementing large-scale cultural change and digital transformation.

Her earlier roles spanned the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), the Home Office, the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS), UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) and the Department for International Trade (DIT). Across these positions, she gained experience in policy, operations, private office, strategic communications and digital transformation.

Outside Public Digital, Gurpreet mentors young creatives as an RSA Young Fellow and through her involvement with Mega-Mentor.
