Principal Consultant
Gosia Szewczuk is a digital transformation specialist with extensive experience leading agile teams in government and public sector organisations across the UK and Europe. With a background in delivery management and organisational change, she helps teams navigate complexity and adopt human-centred, iterative approaches to problem-solving. Passionate about the intersection of technology, culture and public services, Gosia focuses on making digital transformation meaningful and impactful for residents and communities.
Before joining Public Digital, Gosia worked at Methods as Lead Delivery Manager and Head of Delivery, where she led teams across major government programs and established a thriving community of practice for delivery managers. She also played a key role at TPXimpact (formerly FutureGov), supporting teams at local governments, central government and the NHS in delivering human centred services and improving ways of working. Earlier in her career, she held transformation-focused roles at the London Borough of Ealing, driving service innovation and digital adoption during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her experience spans both strategic advisory and hands-on delivery, making her adept at bridging the gap between leadership vision and operational execution.
Gosia holds a Master’s Degree in Translation Studies and Intercultural Communication from Jagiellonian University and is fluent in English and Polish. She has collaborated with organisations such as LOTI, TechUK, Nesta, Founders Factory, OPSI and OECD to drive innovation in public services. She is particularly interested in how organisations can foster lasting behaviour change, create inclusive digital services and build cultures that support continuous learning and adaptation.
