As a transformation leader, Simon is also highly skilled in building and coaching multidisciplinary teams.

Simon supports PD’s long-term engagement with the Government of Nova Scotia, working on the delivery of their Registry of Motor Vehicles Modernisation Programme. Simon holds responsibility for embedding digital maturity and user-centred ways of working into the process, building the foundations for long term sustainable digital delivery within the RMV department.

He has also worked on the Government of Nova Scotia's Data Strategy, advising on their strategic needs, scoping potential approaches for the team, and sharing best practice for implementation.

Prior to joining Public Digital, Simon worked on the design and delivery of Universal Credit (UC) - the UK Government’s radical reform of its welfare system - from 2014 to 2023. He led multiple product teams and was instrumental in building culture and ways of working to scale teams across multiple locations.
