With a background spanning product design, strategic communications and public service reform, he brings clarity to complex challenges and helps organisations find the right words, ideas and strategies to move forward.

His work combines storytelling, service design and thoughtful facilitation. He has led teams, coached leaders and delivered tools and content that drive practical change.

Before becoming a consultant, Matthew led a team building AI-enhanced legal services at Juno, helping thousands of people move home more easily. Past projects include co-writing the first standard for digital public services at the UK’s Government Digital Service, and developing data-driven storytelling and new services at Last.fm.

As a consultant, he is passionate about supporting organisations across sectors to make progress – whether that’s shaping product strategy, crafting communications or building thought leadership.
