Linda Essen-Möller
Senior Director
Linda has over 15 years of consulting experience across public and private sectors in the UK and globally. She has a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programmes and leading multidisciplinary teams to implement human-centred solutions used by millions of people. Linda is also an experienced advisor to C-Suite executives and Ministers on business transformation and innovation.
Since joining Public Digital in 2024, Linda has been instrumental in establishing and growing Public Digital’s new commercial offer. She leads the client engagement with BT, driving programmes to enhance ways of working and actively pursues business development across multiple commercial sectors.
Before joining Public Digital, Linda was the Global Consulting Director at Nortal where she led the establishment and global growth of Nortal’s consulting practice. In this role, she was responsible for overall P&L, defining consulting offers, building client relationships and developing a team of consultants with effective ways of working. Prior to that, she was the Head of Consulting for Nortal in the Middle East where she successfully grew the consulting practice in the region. Linda also worked as a Freelance Business Design Director, collaborating with IDEO on the concept design and strategy for Sage Earth, a sustainability initiative by Sage Business Cloud.
Linda holds an MBA in Strategy and a BSc in Computer Science. She is also a certified Scrum Master and Lean Six Sigma practitioner. Originally from Sweden, Linda is fluent in Swedish and English and speaks basic German.
