Kerrie supports clients in the health and care sector to create and adopt digital in their organisations.

With rich experience steering digital adoption across the NHS, Kerrie brings expertise in culture change, leadership coaching, and stakeholder management. She helps teams break down barriers to change and deliver digital transformation in a way that offers long-term enablement.

Kerrie helps deliver our long-running Digital Boards Programme, coaching the executive leadership teams of NHS Trusts in how to create the conditions for digital transformation.

She also works with central government departments on the design and delivery of new digital services.

Kerrie has extensive experience working in both corporate and clinical environments across the NHS, including on the frontline. Having trained in a clinical role, she pivoted into management, working in operations and strategy roles with an emphasis on the transformation of services. Her other roles in the NHS have included consultancy, RPA and steering wider innovation in digital. Prior to joining Public Digital, Kerrie was an Innovation Consultant at the Royal Free Hospital, where she worked to introduce change at scale across the NHS, including the development of the flagship Lantern platform for staff Covid testing. This was deployed across 26 organisations at the height of the pandemic.

Kerrie has a deep interest in public law and governance, and is a strong advocate of equality in access to public services.
