Cleo Little

Cleo is a Senior Director in our Health, Local Government and Charities team, who partners with leaders in large, complex organisations to navigate radical change.

She brings over a decade of consultancy experience, blending organisational strategy with user-centered design to help clients transform their culture, structures and service delivery. This involves building trusted relationships with senior leaders, helping teams to implement new ways of working and design solutions to systemic challenges. Leading with curiosity, she provides senior stakeholders with the external challenge and empathetic listening required to solve seemingly intractable problems.

Prior to joining PD, Cleo spent seven years at IDEO leading high-impact engagements across the pharmaceutical, retail and automotive sectors. This included directing the culture transformation of a global pharmaceutical giant, defining new values and behaviours for 70,000+ employees and developing leadership solutions for its management population. She also architected a new user-centred design function for a global fashion retailer, overseeing everything from operating model design to embedding user-centred ways of working and building capabilities.

Previously, Cleo worked as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture within the Talent & Organisational Strategy practice, focusing on operating model design and change management. She holds a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford.
