Drawing on an extensive background across UK Government digital service design and delivery, Adam champions, guides and enables clients to take a user-centred design approach to solving complex challenges. He is an expert in design thinking, user research, and visualisation, guiding teams to gain a deeper understanding of the problems they seek to tackle and supporting them to develop solutions using an iterative, test and learn approach. At the heart of his work is a commitment to enabling clients to make informed decisions, shaped by the needs of the people they serve.

At Public Digital, Adam supports our engagement with the Infected Blood Compensation Authority (IBCA), where Public Digital are helping to design the organisation’s approach to compensation. Adam provides crucial service design support and champions user-centred design principles across the project.

Prior to joining Public Digital, Adam contributed to a range of transformation projects for UK Government departments. These included the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, where Adam supported the migration of multiple departments to a unified HR and Finance system. His portfolio also includes work on the Home Office’s EU settlement scheme and digital identity verification, developing a cross-government data sharing platform for the Cabinet Office, and improving services for the Education and Skills Funding Agency (The National Career Service and Apprentice Service).

Adam also led a social enterprise in Walthamstow that supported unemployed job seekers to develop the skills for managing the challenges and stresses of finding employment opportunities.
