Holly is our Client Delivery Resourcing Lead and leads the strategic resourcing function at Public Digital, ensuring our global teams are built to deliver high-impact work. 

Having established the resourcing model as the business has scaled, Holly aligns people, commercial and delivery priorities to create sustainable and effective team structures. She acts as an advisor to Partners and Sector Leads on workforce planning, and leads the growth and direction of our specialist contractor Network. Holly is a strategic collaborator and expert navigator of complex team dynamics, playing a vital role in maintaining project health by reviewing upcoming deals, team planning for pipeline engagements, and supporting consultants with commercial considerations. 

Collaborating closely with the People team to address recruitment needs, Holly brings a sharp focus to balancing the needs of the business with the professional growth of our consultants, ensuring every project team is set up for success. Having been with Public Digital since 2021, Holly carries a deep understanding of the organisation, with a unique perspective on how to evolve and mobilise blended project teams of staff and contractors while maintaining a supportive and high-performing culture.
