Diane is Public Digital’s Business Director.
She manages the Business Support function and leads a team delivering 'support as a service' across the business. Diane acts as EA to Ben Terrett, our CEO, Mike Bracken, Founder, and Lesley Cowley, Chair. She is Board Secretary and a member of the Business Partnering Leadership Team.
Having been with Public Digital since its early days, Diane has a deep understanding of the organisation and her remit includes conducting induction for new starters. With over 30 years of experience supporting businesses, Diane is an expert organiser and empathetic communicator. She’s one of our Mental Health First Aiders.
She's involved in a number of internal initiatives, including our Celebrating Diversity workstream and PD Sponsorships, which supports grassroots community teams.
Outside of PD, Diane is a Trustee for Step Change Studios, an award-winning dance company promoting diversity and inclusion through community programmes. Diane also works with Under One Sky, a charity providing dignity to homeless people through the distribution of essential supplies.
