Previously, Ayse served as People Director in fintech, where she led end-to-end organisational building and supported executive transitions to drive long-term growth. She began her career in recruitment at Yahoo!, honed her core HR expertise at a public affairs consultancy, and went on to hold key People roles at global organisations including Expedia.
Alongside her advisory work, Ayse mentors and coaches founders for a Tech for Good VC fund and coaches through ReachOut, a charity focused on social mobility and mentoring in schools.
