Sarah Clark

Sarah joined PD as a Non-Executive Director in May 2026. 

Sarah is a highly experienced international leader, who specialises in driving transformation and innovation while delivering strong bottom-line growth. Born and raised in Canada, she now lives in central London. 

Sarah’s experience includes a distinguished executive career across fintech, retail and travel, having held senior leadership roles at major organisations such as Barclays and PayPal, where she led their NASDAQ IPO. For nearly a decade, she has focused on scaling operations and leading corporate transformations, working with high-growth businesses like Clearco, as well as holding a portfolio of non-executive and supervisory board positions for listed investment trusts and international banks.
