Chan is a Chartered Accountant and strategic finance leader who specialises in driving financial clarity, profitability, and operational discipline within high-growth professional services and technology sectors.

With over fifteen years of experience across investor-backed and scaling businesses, he focuses on transforming finance functions into proactive commercial partners. Chan is passionate about providing straight-talking financial insight that empowers leadership teams to make faster, more informed decisions without losing sight of organisational culture and people.

As PD’s Chief Financial Officer, Chan leads the finance and bid operations teams. Working closely with the CEO, Managing Director, and Board, he manages trading performance and operational discipline as the business expands globally, ensuring robust financial insight underpins strategic execution.

Prior to joining PD, Chan spent over six years at the AIM-listed tech and design consultancy TPXimpact - originally joining FutureGov before its acquisition - progressing to Finance Director for its largest Digital Transformation division. In this role, he managed a £70m+ revenue portfolio, consolidated seven legal entities post-M&A, and successfully doubled divisional EBITDA margins while helping cut group debt in half.

His extensive background also includes leading UK finance operations for global talent agency WME Entertainment, managing financial operations at Celador Radio, and directing multi-entity reporting at fintech platform JustGiving.com, following a decade-long foundation in audit practice.
