Connie is an agile delivery and transformation specialist.

She helps large organisations navigate their digital transformation journey and deliver user-centred services. Her experience is geared around building and coaching successful teams, including through workshop design and facilitation, supporting people to learn through having a go themselves, and helping multidisciplinary teams work together.

Clients she has supported include NHS Providers, Change Grow Live (CGL), and the NHS Race and Health Observatory.

Connie has served as the programme director for a large-scale piece of work to develop the digital capability of the Edo State Government (EDSG) in Nigeria. She has overseen the work of the Public Digital team, setting the foundations for a shared understanding of digital capability and taking a leading role in supporting EDSG to adopt a user-centred approach to public service delivery.

As well as her former role leading the NHS Providers Digital Boards Programme, coaching the executive leadership teams of NHS trusts in how to create the conditions for digital transformation, Connie led the NHS Race and Health Observatory’s sickle cell discovery project, centering and elevating the voices and needs of those with sickle cell disease. She led a specialist team conducting intensive user research to identify ways in which digital interventions might improve the treatment of people with sickle cell within the healthcare system.

Prior to joining Public Digital, Connie led a team of agile coaches at Cancer Research UK. She speaks Spanish and French.
