Ursule Kajokaite

Ursule is a digital transformation expert with experience in product development, government advisory and hands-on implementation of digital transformation projects across LMICs.

As a Principal Consultant at Public Digital, she leverages her interdisciplinary background to deliver high-impact solutions for development partners and government clients.

Before joining Public Digital, Ursule spent three years working in Southern Africa, based in Zambia and Malawi, and one year in a global role based out of Greece. She was a Digital and Tech Transformation Advisor at the Tony Blair Institute, supporting senior government leaders globally in delivering their digital transformation ambitions. Prior to that, she worked with the German Development Cooperation to improve governance and access to justice in Zambia through technology.

Before moving to Southern Africa to gain hands-on delivery experience in LMIC contexts, Ursule was a Product Consultant at a social innovation agency in the UK. There, she led digital social innovation projects across the full product development cycle – discovery, design and delivery – for social impact organisations.
