Principal Consultant
Oli is an experienced digital leader who specialises in outcome-focused working, coaching and transforming delivery cultures within complex organisations.
He partners with clients to improve their strategic outcomes by moving from siloed, inefficient and ineffective approaches to adaptive, team-centred ways of working. With a background in leading national-level products and services, Oli brings practical experience in breaking through bureaucratic barriers to achieve meaningful digital transformation.
At Public Digital, Oli has worked with diverse clients including Change Grow Live (CGL), Exeter University, Arup, the Dutch Government, Arts Council and NHS Providers. His engagements include technical reviews, strategy development, product leadership, and board level digital skill development. He excels at helping organisations escape cycles of slow decision-making and poor delivery.
Prior to joining Public Digital, Oli led enterprise initiatives at the Met Office, contributing to their £1.27 billion supercomputer transformation. He coached executives on shifting from outputs to outcomes, influencing strategic changes and increasing focus on critical work.
At GCHQ, Oli served as Lead Product Manager and Senior Service Owner for a complex data value stream supporting the UK's intelligence and cyber defence. Managing a team of product and project managers with a £150 million annual budget, he reduced data delivery times from six weeks to under five minutes, implemented value measurement methodologies and cut delivery costs by £2 million annually.
