Lina leads and supports engagements to create impactful change within complex organisations.

Her experience lies in building agile digital teams in large public sector institutions and embedding service-led thinking into organisational culture. She acts as a ‘critical friend’ to clients, providing practitioner expertise in solving complex problems while creating an impartial and trusted space for collaboration.

Lina leads our engagement with DEFRA on the Farming and Countryside Programme, helping the client become an iterative and user-focused organisation that meets its policy outcomes. Lina has worked closely with product and leadership teams to help visualise their services, outline new team structures and ways of working, and evaluate alternative technology approaches.

She also supports our work with Arts Council England, and has so far contributed to a service redesign discovery which will pave the way for a pilot project in the organisation.

Prior to joining Public Digital, Lina was a Programme Manager at the UK Parliament, where she led the development of websites for the House of Commons Library and the Parliamentary Office of Science and Technology, championing digital accessibility and embedding digital ways of working. She also worked in the Myanmar Parliament where she led the development of their first-ever internal communications strategy.

Lina holds an MSc in Technology Management and has a keen interest in the application of engineering principals, such as systems thinking, to solving complex problems.
