Adriana is a consultant and programme manager in our Global Impact team, leading efforts to measure the impact of institutional and service transformation.
With public purpose at the forefront, Adriana works with global development institutions, philanthropic foundations, and governments to strengthen outcomes for people. She brings impact measurement closer to delivery, exploring practical, iterative approaches that help teams generate learning that enables meaningful transformation.
At Public Digital, Adriana supports our partnership with Bloomberg Philanthropies. She ensures successful delivery of Public Digital's transformation work in the Dominican Republic, leveraging her expertise in monitoring and evaluation to keep social impact at the heart of digital transformation. Adriana has also been part of our work on Bloomberg Philanthropies City Data Alliance, guiding cities in Latin America to develop and strengthen data services, prioritising a human-centred approach.
Prior to Public Digital, Adriana led social impact projects at non-profits, the United Nations and the private sector. At the Down's Syndrome Association UK, she managed the supported employment programme in West London. During her time at the World Food Programme (WFP), Adriana specialised in monitoring, evaluation and data analysis, and she contributed to WFP's State of School Feeding Worldwide 2020, by drafting the special report on COVID-19.
Adriana also took part in community outreach and corporate social responsibility projects in her home country, Venezuela. Her academic background is in Public Policy, Human Development, Innovation and International Studies.
Adriana is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
