Daniel Sintim
Inclusive Hiring Lead
Daniel leads Public Digital’s Inclusive Hiring practice, designing structures and processes that make recruitment fairer, simpler, and more human.
He ensures we not only attract great talent but do so in a way that reflects our organisational values. With a background in strategic HR and talent roles across both public and private sectors, Daniel’s experience spans workforce planning, inclusive recruitment, organisational change and employee engagement.
His guiding belief is that hiring should be open and accessible - not transactional, intimidating, or opaque. At Public Digital, Daniel is building processes that help us identify potential (not just polished CVs), establish fair and consistent assessment methods, and guarantee candidates a positive, meaningful experience, whether or not their journey ends with recruitment. He is also focused on broadening our talent pipeline by welcoming people from non‐traditional routes into consulting.
Before joining Public Digital, Daniel worked with organisations including Meta, the Government Digital Service, and the Ministry of Justice. He led recruitment strategy for digital and tech roles, advised senior leaders on key people decisions, and delivered diversity and inclusion initiatives that combined senior‐level backing with tangible on‐the‐ground impact. He has implemented tools like applicant‐tracking systems and employee feedback platforms, with the aim of simplifying processes and improving the applicant experience.
Daniel is passionate about creating environments where everyone can be themselves and do their best work - and where recruitment truly opens doors.
