Bill Singh

Bill joined PD as Interim Chief Financial Officer in February 2026, supporting ExCo on strategic projects, and managing the Finance and Bid Operations teams. He is a member of the Board. 

Bill specialises in helping businesses during transition, and helping them with performance and growth.

His experience includes many years in telecoms, working with organisations such as Vodafone. For the last 8 years he has been in consultancy, working with both privately-owned and investor-backed businesses, and with organisations such as Lace Partners; the London Court of International Arbitration, and Not On The High Street, which he helped steer back to profitability.
