Francis is a product and technology specialist.

He leads engagements with large, complex organisations in the UK, harnessing the varied skill sets and experiences of teams in order to create positive and transformative change. Working across charities and the UK public sector, Francis specialises in user-centred design, particularly for vulnerable groups.

Clients he has supported include the Open University and the UK Space Agency.

Francis has coordinated Public Digital’s engagement with the Home Office, supporting a transition from programme delivery to product-centric working.

Prior to joining Public Digital, Francis led the digital transformation at Samaritans, where he worked with staff, volunteers and users to deliver new services including an online chat service and self help app. He also led the digital team at the Royal Society.
