Blessing is a Digital Transformation Consultant at Public Digital.

She supports governments and other organisations in the development of digital capability for improved delivery of public services and the growth of the digital economy.

Blessing specialises in digital innovation and entrepreneurship, public policy, private sector development, business environment reforms, and digital skills development for socioe-conomic growth. Clients she has supported include governments, the private sector and international development organisations.

Blessing led the delivery of the Nigeria Digital Capabilities programme also known as Digi Link, supporting the Edo State Government in building their digital capability through the adoption of a user-centred approach to digital transformation.

Prior to joining Public Digital, Blessing was a Policy Advisor on a German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) programme and led the technical assistance to a Nigerian state government on their business environment reforms for private sector and socioeconomic development. Her previous experience also includes: the Nigerian government's Office for Nigerian Digital Innovation, and She Leads Africa (working with Oxfam and Venture Capital for Africa). She has worked with Generation UK and Ireland (working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and the Prince’s Trust) on digital skills and jobs.

More recently, Blessing served with the Nigeria Startup Bill Secretariat in the facilitation of Nigeria’s Presidency and tech ecosystem’s co-creation of the Nigeria Startup Act 2022 for the growth of digital-enabled startups in Nigeria.
