Lewis Davis-Poynter

Lewis is Public Digital's talent lead. He manages and develops the organisation's talent function, working to create a leading candidate experience for everyone applying to Public Digital. He loves helping companies find great candidates and helping great candidates find jobs.

Lewis recently received his CIPD qualification and also dabbles in other people related issues. Prior to joining Public Digital, he worked in recruitment agencies as well as for organisations such as Thames Water and Deloitte.

Lewis has a degree in War Studies and History from King’s College London, and had a brief career in Finance before discovering recruitment.
