Beth works with the wider business support team to provide ‘support as a service’ across the organisation. She manages the administrative aspects of the company’s operations, including diary and office management, travel coordination and process improvements. Beth also oversees the office space and supports the Business Director on projects that drive business growth. Acting as both a gatekeeper and enabler for the Managing Director and several Partners, she liaises with clients worldwide, ensuring they have the support needed to perform at their best.

With over a decade of experience supporting C-suite executives and Senior Management, Beth is a seasoned EA with a background spanning the charity, telecommunications, media and insurance sectors. She excels in managing complex schedules, coordinating global travel and delivering high-level administrative support all while refining processes to enhance efficiency.
