Scott is a seasoned product leader who helps organisations focus on the needs of all users of their products and services. At a strategic level, he works with leadership teams to align business outcomes with users' needs and internal processes to radically improve and optimise their products, services, and working culture.

Scott has extensive experience in the commercial sector working with organisations of all sizes, from start-ups to global enterprises giving him a depth of understanding in balancing commercial objectives and human-centered design.

Prior to joining Public Digital, Scott was the Chief Product Officer and technical co-founder of hundo, leading the product and technical strategy. He built the internal technical, product and design capability to launch and scale hundo digital service to students across the UK. hundo was accredited as a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer in 2023 due to the innovative approach used to support students in work.

Scott previously held product and design leadership roles at BBC News, BBC Sport, Amazon, VAHA and DAZN, as well as lead consultancy roles with Adaptive Lab and Play.
