Simon is Public Digital's Chief of Staff and a multiple award-winning managing director and senior business leader.

He was Head of Digital Transformation at Coop Digital, where his mission was to make the 174-year-old organisation relevant in the digital age. He helped to relaunch the Coop’s new membership scheme, deliver the Shifts app for retail staff, built a new creative design studio which cost a third less than paying third parties, and turned a profit of over £3m on a previously loss-making business unit.

Over the last decade, he ran two creative communication agencies and a digital business consultancy. A designer by trade, Simon has a particular interest in creativity and technology, and particular skill in lining them up with the essentials of running a business: marketing, finance, strategy and leadership.
