Holly is responsible for Public Digital’s people operations and strategy.

Having started her career working in 5* hospitality, Holly made the leap into the tech sector in 2017 where she joined AND Digital. Whilst working there, she led several large scale projects including overhauling the benefit’s offering, and implementing a customised benefits platform. She also created a new, contemporary approach to performance management, Career Scrum Teams. Combining the Scrum methodology with a distinct focus on coaching and development, Holly was able to pilot this approach before it was adopted by the rest of the business.

Holly is passionate about championing a people first approach in order to help organisations to truly keep people at the heart of operational decisions.
