Business Support Lead
Courtney is Public Digital’s Business Support Lead.
She works with the wider business support team to provide ‘support as a service’ across the organisation, managing the administrative elements behind PD’s work including diary management, office management, travel, and improving administrative processes. Courtney also manages our office space and helps our Business Director with projects to support our business growth.
Courtney acts as a gatekeeper, champion and enabler for PD’s Managing Director and a number of Partners, liaising with our clients across the globe and supporting them to do their best work.
She specialises in organisational effectiveness, HR management, and providing exceptional support to C-level executives, including CEOs and CTOs. Drawing on a varied career, with several years experience in IT consultancy, Courtney brings a strong technical foundation in the work of PD. She has experience in setting up new international offices in the UK and South Africa, complete with staff, legal, and financial structures, and brings a rich blend of professional attributes, such as emotional maturity, empathy, and proactivity, alongside the practical skills needed for seamless operations in high-stakes settings.
