Ali Kelly runs the affiliates network at Public Digital as Affiliates Director. She is an experienced leader of people and teams, building culture and advocating fair and inclusive working environments and policies. She built and ran the creative team at Government Digital Service from scratch, providing strategic and creative direction, leading on financial planning and working with ministers and leaders from across government to help them tell their stories of digital transformation.
With a background in art, design and photography, Ali has spent much of her career in the advertising industry working with creatives and artists to produce campaigns with global reach. She worked at Pocko and Serlin Associates as an artist agent, helping to build and shape photographers’ and illustrators’ careers. Ali spent 2 years as a producer and art buyer at Wieden + Kennedy, working on accounts including The Guardian, Nestea, 3 mobile and Yahoo!
More recently Ali was Creative Operations Director at BETC, leading on creative recruitment, attracting and retaining the best creative talent.
