Salary: Up to £150,000, dependent on experience
Location: Office in London, Remote working fully supported. International travel for certain projects / engagements.

Public Digital is increasingly being asked to support longer-term, strategic engagements with clients where we are helping to build, scale and coach delivery teams, while guiding them through the institutional challenges raised by new ways of working.
We’re looking for highly experienced leaders to join our team and work at a very senior level, running our engagements with major public service transformation at a national level. You will be equally adept at working at the most senior levels of public sector organisations, and the day-to-day rhythms of building and scaling teams who deliver human-centered digital products and services.
Be shaping and scaling digital transformation within large, complex public sector organisations, helping clients to build the right teams with the right talent at the right times so that our clients are left with their own sustainable digital capability and ways of working.
Support and influence executives at the most senior levels of organisations and governments, building their digital instincts and knowledge.
Create clear and inspiring visions and missions to align and empower the teams at the sharp end of transformation.
Exemplify and articulate the benefits of digital ways of working.
Be able to assess, attract and develop world-class digital transformation practitioners.
Be comfortable with ambiguous, fast-paced and often political environments, and able to unblock tactical and strategic issues as they arise
As a Partner, contribute to the wider growth and culture of Public Digital, helping to improve the way we work, and having a public voice on digital transformation
Exceptional stakeholder management in the UK public sector, at a very senior and Ministerial level.
Significant experience of shaping and scaling digital transformations
Ability to communicate clearly to diverse audiences
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in highly ambiguous environments and able to take responsibility from day one.
Ability to create and sustain a working culture that is agile, open, humble and diverse, where delivery teams feel empowered to do their best work
Experience of successfully delivering major digital programmes in the UK public sector that met the digital service standard

The interview process for this role consists of two rounds:
- Phone interviews (30 minutes)
- One panel interview and one coffee chat with a peer (on Zoom)
